On June 2, Mouseborn launches on BackerKit, and thousands of mice are gathering supplies for the journey ahead. Whether you’ve followed from the very beginning or just recently found your way to the forest path, we’re grateful to have you here.

Some heroic quests may be harder than others, but here's a simple guide for those of you who may be new to crowdfunding.

🐭 So… what is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a crowdfunding platform where creators can launch projects directly to their communities. When Mouseborn launches, you’ll be able to choose a pledge tier, support the project, unlock stretch goals alongside the community, see behind the scenes sneak peeks, and reserve your rewards before production begins.

If you’ve never backed a campaign before, don’t worry. The process is very simple.

1️⃣ Create Your BackerKit Account
If you followed Mouseborn already, you may already have an account waiting for you. You’ll just need to finish setting your password before launch day.
2️⃣ Choose Your Reward Tier
Once the campaign launches, you’ll be able to select the edition or rewards you want.
3️⃣ Help Unlock Stretch Goals
As more adventurers join the journey, new rewards, upgrades, and surprises may unlock for all eligible backers.
4️⃣ Pledge Manager Opens Later
After the campaign ends, BackerKit will reopen so you can confirm shipping information, adjust your pledge, or add extra items to your order.
5️⃣ Production and Fulfillment
This is where the books, miniatures, accessories, and rewards are carefully brought to life. We'll keep you updated throughout the process.
