We hope you're enjoying an enchanting weekend. While many creatures of the Old Forest are settling around the campfire, you've continued your adventure and pushed Mouseborn to yet another stretch goal!

The roads of the Old Forest can be long and dangerous, but fortunately, heroes don't have to face them alone.

Thanks to your support, pets and companions will now be joining the world of Mouseborn, bringing even more life, personality, and adventure to the forest.

The creatures of the Old Forest don't always look like the companions you might expect. Bugs are far more sentient than those in our own world, forming real bonds with the people they trust. Some may even choose to accompany you on your journey.

Perhaps it's an earthworm that somehow always knows where to find fresh water. A fearless wasp that dives into battle at your side. A firefly whose gentle glow is your only light in the deepest caverns. Or maybe it's the caterpillar you've cared for since the day it hatched, now faithfully guiding you through the forest.

Not every companion is a fierce warrior. Some are clever helpers. Some offer quiet comfort after a difficult journey. Some simply become lifelong friends.

Raise a snail with care, and one day its shell may become a treasured piece of armor. Earn the trust of a nearby ant colony, and every good deed you do is remembered, with the colony repaying your kindness whenever you return.

Because every great tale is just a little better when it's shared with a friend.
