🎁 How do I receive my Reservation and Early Backer Gifts?
Both rewards will automatically be added to any qualifying physical tier pledge. Once the campaign concludes, we'll review all backers and confirm everyone who qualifies for these rewards. If you have questions about your reservation, send us an email at [email protected] and we'll be happy to investigate.

📖 What does the "Name in the Book" reward include?
As a thank you for your legendary support, this reward allows your name to be printed in the supporter credits section of every Mouseborn book. Long after the adventure begins, your name will remain woven into the history of the Old Forest for future generations of creatures to discover.

🪙 Can I pledge for Mouseborn using installments?
Yes! Backers with orders over $150 will see a Pay Over Time option during checkout. After the campaign successfully funds and concludes, the remaining balance will be split into four monthly payments.

🎒 I need to change my pledge level. How do I do that?
Click "Manage My Pledge," and then "Edit Pledge." From there, you can adjust your tier, add additional support for add-ons, or prepare for future shipping costs.

🐾 How do I know what creature I am?
You probably already know in your heart... or if you don't, try taking our quiz to see who you connect with the most! The creature chooses the adventurer, or something like that.

🐭 Which creature is the best?
A dangerous question. The name of the project is “Mouseborn”, but we wouldn’t choose favorites like that… Mice, moles, rats, frogs, salamanders, and birds all bring something unique to the world of Mouseborn. Each has their own strengths, stories, and place within the Old Forest.
